1. Services Provided
Beautiful Doodles is a professional breeder offering doodle puppies for sale, including:

• Bernedoodles
• Australian Labradoodles
• Cavapoos and other toy doodles
• Sheepadoodles
• Aussiedoodles
• Double Doodles

All puppies listed are subject to availability.

We serve customers in the following areas:

• Las Vegas, NV
• Bakersfield, CA
• San Francisco Bay Area
• Fresno, CA
• Orange County (single page only)
• San Luis Obispo
• Ventura
• Santa Ana
• Anaheim

3. Puppy Reservations & Availability

• Puppies are offered on a first-come basis.
• Deposits may be required to reserve a puppy.
• Availability may change at any time based on breeding schedules or health considerations.

4. Payments
All pricing, deposits, and payment terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. Deposits may be non-refundable once a puppy is reserved unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:

• Provide a safe, loving, and responsible home for the puppy
• Follow all recommended veterinary care, vaccinations, and training
• Comply with all local, state, and federal pet ownership laws

6. Health & Care Disclaimer

• Puppies are provided with appropriate care prior to adoption.
• Ongoing health, training, and care become the responsibility of the buyer after transfer.
• We are not responsible for health issues caused by neglect, improper care, or environmental factors after adoption.

7. Limitation of Liability
Beautiful Doodles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to puppy ownership. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy.

8. No Guarantee of Size or Coat
Puppy size, coat type, and temperament may vary as the dog matures and are not guaranteed.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the state in which the transaction occurs.
